Seven rooms will be dedicated to entertaining kids aged from 0 to 17
MSC Cruises latest flagship, MSC Euribia, set to begin sailing in June 2023, will feature all-new family facilities.
Adding to MSC Cruises’ experiences at sea, MSC Euribia’s new kids' club quarters comprise 700 square metres of interior space across seven rooms, each one catering to a different age group from 0 to 17 years.
The ship’s newly extended entertainment programme hours now run from 09:00 to midnight.
Highlights of the new offerings on MSC Euribia include:
Baby Club Chicco Eco
A designated play area for babies and toddlers under three years old, the Baby Club Chicco Eco space will keep children entertained with various safe and environmentally friendly toys made with 80% recycled plastic or 67% organic and recycled plastic.
MSC Foundation Youth Centre
The MSC Foundation Youth Centre is a room for kids to participate in both fun and educational activities to learn more about the importance of the environment. There's also the option for adults to learn more about MSC Foundation’s programmes and causes.
Teens Club Extra Space
The ship's room dedicated to teens will offer a wide variety of games, including PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, VR, foosball and table tennis.
World Quest is an interactive quiz show based on worldwide geography and trivia.
Another show, Caravaggio is an immersive detective game dedicated to art. Guests will investigate a museum art heist, seek out where a valuable painting was stolen from and attempt to catch the thief.
Commenting on the news, MSC Cruises youth entertainment senior manager Matteo Mancini said: "Designed with the latest technology and taking into account current trends, we want to meet the needs of new generations of children and their families for years to come.
"The onboard entertainment will reflect MSC Euribia's message of sustainability, with new innovations and environmental components integrated into the cruise experience.”
