New treatment harnesses the benefits of vibrational energy
One&Only Spa has introduced a new treatment called Nature’s Resonance by ESPA. The treatment immerses guests in sound vibration.
The main treatment comprises an ESPA Signature Blend oil and the use of natural crystals linking to each chakra, applied in conjunction with Binaural Beats, an auditory therapy layered with ambient music aimed at influencing a client's vibrational energy.
The sound element of the treatment is matched with choreographed massage movements using ESPA’s soothing body oil. The movement and vibrations felt across the face and body reduce anxiety, leaving guests in a state of tranquillity.

Within the series, three treatment options are available: a 30-minute sound experience, a 60-minute body experience and a 90-minute face and body experience.
Each treatment is a sensorial immersion guided by the natural surroundings of the lush resort, and aims to incorporate three key moments of listening, absorbing and transforming.
The experience encompasses additional touch points, including a curated pre-treatment welcome and grounding ritual.
Beginning by connecting the body to the earth, the feet are rested in warm golden sand and then guests receive their first sound vibration from a singing bowl to balance the heart chakra.

One&Only Spa has collaborated with echo-tech platform More:trees to ensure that every Nature’s Resonance treatment booked globally, will result in the planting of a tree.
The number of trees planted will be dependent on the length of the treatment; one tree for the 30-minute sound experience, three trees for the 60-minute body treatment and five trees for the 90-minute face and body experience.
