Trodd will work closely with Aman chairman and CEO Vlad Doronin

Aman has announced the appointment of Ben Trodd as its new chief operating officer with immediate effect.

A seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, Trodd brings more than 25 years of experience to his new role where he will oversee all facets of Aman’s intricate hotel and resort operations, to deliver the brand’s vision and strategy.

Trodd’s previous role as senior vice president, Sales & Hotel Marketing, at Four Seasons saw him implement data and analysis-driven marketing initiatives to maximise brand value, optimise revenue generation, reduce costs and enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.

With his understanding of global markets, Trodd’s operational and business development experience extends to key regions worldwide, including the Middle East and Asia Pacific. His international perspective holds him in good stead to oversee Aman’s continued expansion.

Trodd will be based at Aman's Swiss office and will report directly to Vlad Doronin.
