Emirates increases flights to Algeria

The airline will add a fifth weekly flight to Algiers from October

Emirates will increase the frequency of its services to Algiers with the addition of a fifth weekly flight, from 7 October 2022. 

Existing operations between Dubai and Algiers are currently running at four flights per week. The latest addition to the schedule aims to provide greater connectivity for customers travelling to Dubai and beyond via Emirates’ global network.

Flights on the Dubai-Algiers route will be operated on Emirates’ Boeing 777-300ER aircraft and the new service will operate on Friday, in addition to the airline’s flights on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Flight EK758 will depart Algiers at 15:45, arriving in Dubai at 01:05 the next day and EK757 will depart Dubai at 08:45, arriving in Algiers at 12:55.

The airline resumed services to Algeria in November 2021 after suspending flights as a result of the pandemic. Since then, the airline has progressively built up connectivity to Algeria in response to growing customer demand and the easing of international travel protocols.

Emirates, which started operations to Algeria in 2013, will celebrate 10 years of serving the country next year.
