Flights will operate three times a day from 30 October
Emirates will restore its Manchester route to pre-pandemic frequencies with three flights a day starting from 30 October 2022.
All three daily Emirates flights to and from Manchester will be operated by the carrier’s A380 super jumbo.
There are currently two daily Emirates A380 flights to and from Manchester. From 1 October a third service will be added on a Boeing 777, and from 30 October the flight will be operated by an A380.
The third service, EK21 will depart Dubai at 02:40 and arrive in Manchester at 06:45. The return leg on EK22 will depart Manchester at 08:50 and land in Dubai at 19:50.
The airline’s Dubai-Manchester flight is its second most popular UK route after Dubai-Heathrow. This is due to the regional airport’s large catchment area, which extends from Scotland to the West Midlands, making it a popular route for both tourists and British expats.
