Airline will accommodate customers with “earlier bookings” as a priority
As the UAE gradually reopens its airspace, Emirates has revealed plans to operate more than 100 flights to and from Dubai on 5 and 6 March, with bookings now open, according to the airline’s official website. The UAE flag carrier will operate a limited schedule and will “accommodate customers with earlier bookings as a priority".
Passengers are advised not to travel to the airport without a confirmed booking and to continue monitoring their flight status for updates, as the situation remains dynamic. Emirates also advised that customers transiting in Dubai will “only be accepted for travel if their connecting flight is operating”.
These services will support the return of stranded travellers in the UAE and facilitate the transport of cargo, including perishables and pharmaceuticals.
