Mama Shelter Saray Casablanca is scheduled to open in 2025

Ennismore will launch a Mama Shelter property in Morocco in 2025, marking the lifestyle brand’s debut in Africa.

Along with the Mama Shelter Saray Casablanca hotel, the multi-component project includes five-storey buildings with residential, commercial and retail units as well as spaces dedicated to leisure.

Featuring 92 rooms and 49 apartments, the hotel will integrate nature throughout the project with hanging gardens and green spaces.

On-site facilities include three swimming pools, including the longest swimming pool in the city, a restaurant, a rooftop lounge with views of Casablanca and a fitness centre.

Commenting on the launch, Cédric Gobilliard, Mama Shelter brand COO and Ennismore head of Central & Southern Europe, said: “We are extremely excited about the first Mama Shelter in Morocco, and the first in Africa. We know our brand carries the fundamental values of Moroccan culture, such as the generosity that our guests find in our gastronomic approach, the joy of living and sharing with friends and family. A partnership with Alargan International, Saray is located in the residential district of Princesses in the heart of Casablanca.
