Services to restart from 18 April 2026
Oman Air is resuming services to three cities across the GCC, following a temporary suspension due to air travel disruption caused by the Iran war.
Bookings are now open for flights from Muscat to Dubai in the UAE, Manama in Bahrain and Khasab in Oman, as the airline begins restoring its regional network, bringing back key links across the GCC.
Services from Muscat to Doha, Qatar, Kuwait City, Kuwait and Baghdad, Iraq remain suspended until 30 April 2026.
The move comes amid a gradual rebound in regional aviation, with many Gulf carriers restoring more than 50% of their pre-conflict capacity. UAE-based Emirates is nearing 70% of its pre-conflict capacity, signalling recovery across key routes.

Internationally, Oman Air is set to introduce its first-ever direct routes from Muscat to Singapore and Tashkent, Uzbekistan, expanding its long-haul network. Singapore will see four weekly services from 2 July, while twice-weekly flights to Tashkent will begin on 1 June.
