Etihad Airways now allows pets to travel in passenger cabins

Passengers flying on Etihad Airways can now travel with their cats or dogs

Pets can now accompany their owners on flights from and via the UAE for an additional cost, subject to the owners being able to present veterinary and official documentation for the animals at the time of check-in.

In economy, owners are required to pay US$150 (AED550) per pet, per flight, to travel six hours or less, and $250 (AED920) for flights with a duration of more than six hours. If transiting, the combined price per flight will apply.
