Top chefs from across the UAE will gather at this year's Future Hospitality Summit for the region's first Sustainable Cook-off contest.
Part of FHS World at Dubai's Madinat Jumeirah from 30 September to 2 October, the contest is being held in partnership with The Emirates Culinary Guild (ECG), UAE Restaurants Group (UAERG), Fresh on Table and the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA).
It will see chefs transform locally sourced ingredients into innovative, gastronomic dishes which are to be presented to a panel of judges and served to FHS delegates."We are absolutely thrilled to add the Sustainable Cook-off to our list of first-time event features and attractions at FHS World 2024."This competition "
