The airline is now offering its travel trade partners "a more user-friendly experience"

Dubai-based low cost carrier Flydubai has relaunched its portal following a redesign to better serve its travel trade partners.

Flydubai’s upgraded Travel Agency Portal will provide a more personalised online experience with a range of advanced features and self-service tools, catering to the needs of its travel trade partners, says the airline.

The refreshed site includes improved functionality for travel agents when creating or amending passengers’ bookings and has introduced new features within the agency management section for greater ease of use. 

In addition, the portal now adheres to IATA’s Billing and Settlements Plan (BSP) to facilitate payments.
