Andre Borg will oversee the 361-key hotel with a sports academy and water park

Qatar's Hilton Salwa Beach Resort & Villas has appointed Andre Borg as general manager.

Borg will oversee the expansive 361-key resort, which includes a mix of rooms, suites, apartments, townhouses and private beachfront villas, as well 15 dining venues, a spa, a sports academy and a water park.

A seasoned hospitality professional, Borg brings more than 25 years’ international hotel experience, including 16 years with Hilton, having joined the group in 2008 as cluster food and beverage manager at the UAE's Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort.
