Third Hilton hotel to open on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island

The five-star hotel will launch alongside 60 branded residences

Marjan, the master developer of freehold properties in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced a new luxury Hilton hotel and residential project to be built by M Hospitality on Al Marjan Island.

This is the third Hilton property to be brought to Al Marjan Island by M Hospitality, which has delivered projects including the world’s largest Hampton by Hilton.

The new project comprises 410 keys, with 350 hotel rooms and 60 residences. It will showcase the highest 360-degree sky pool in the emirate, an executive lounge, a convention centre and three F&B outlets, along with recreational facilities.

The hotel is due for completion in Q4 2026.
