MoEngage uses AI-driven insights to create omnichannel experiences
UAE-based online tour operator Holiday Factory has partnered with MoEngage, an insights-led customer engagement platform, to drive greater customer engagement.
Working with MoEngage, Holiday Factory will address challenges regarding UI/UX and cost differentials. In addition, the entities will work on improving transparency, quick support and integration with Holiday Factory's existing Martech stack.
Holiday Factory was one of the early adopters of customer engagement platforms back in 2015 and has since been exploring other engagement platforms to improve its RoI (return on investment).
Commenting on the announcement, Holiday Factory head of Marketing Namrata Bhatia said: “While we started with an engagement platform quite early, as the market matured, our RoI metrics changed. We adopted another platform but the experience was not the best. That is when we came across MoEngage and the solution it provides.”
