The latest opening is the fifth property in the Hyde collection

Hyde Hotel Dubai has opened in Dubai’s Business Bay to rave reviews.

Part of the playful lifestyle chain from the US, Hyde Hotel Dubai offers a variety of culinary concepts including Katsuya, merging traditional Japanese cuisine with modern techniques; New York-style speakeasy Hudson Tavern; Cleo with a menu inspired by cuisine from Lebanon, Syria, Greece and Italy, and The Perq, from the team behind Alserkal’s NightJar, serving Instagram-worthy coffee and cakes.

The hotel’s spa, Cinq Mondes Dubai, offers holistic treatments focused on regeneration

With interiors developed and conceptualised by renowned Italian designer Ciarmoli Queda, each of the hotel’s 276 rooms and suites have been designed to reflect art and design from around the world.

Hyde Hotel Dubai has launched in collaboration with Emerald Palace Group. Hyde Hotels, Resorts & Residences is part of Ennismore hospitality company with a global portfolio of entrepreneurial and founder-built brands. Founded in 2011 by entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha, Ennismore and Accor entered a joint venture in 2021 and Hyde Hotel Dubai falls under the partners’ SBE collection of hotels, which includes sister property SLS Dubai.

Ennismore Brand COO & Head of North America, Philippe Zrihen said: “We’re thrilled to introduce the Hyde brand to the Middle East and to bring this iconic brand outside of the United States for the first time. We truly believe that Hyde Dubai will be a highly sought-after destination in the city, for global travellers and locals alike.”
