Mandarin Oriental to launch luxury hotel in Kuwait

Set to open in 2028, Mandarin Oriental, Kuwait will be located in the financial district

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced that it will manage a luxury hotel in Kuwait, slated to open in 2028. 

A 20-minute drive from Kuwait's International Airport, Mandarin Oriental, Kuwait will be located in the heart of the capital’s financial district in an 80-storey tower designed by the award-winning architects, Foster & Partners. 

The hotel will feature 159 guest rooms, including 33 suites and 10 serviced apartments with views of downtown Kuwait City.

Onsite facilities will include a signature restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant, a poolside restaurant, a lobby lounge with a Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop, a club lounge and a shisha venue. There will also be banqueting and meeting spaces to host social and business events.

For guests wanting to unwind, the Spa at Mandarin Oriental offers eight private treatment rooms, a fitness centre, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
