Property to feature world’s highest outdoor pool

The Middle East’s first Trump International Hotel & Tower will open in Dubai in the UAE in 2030.

Launched ahead of US President Donald Trump's visit to the UAE and Saudi Arabia in May 2025, the project marks the fifth collaboration between luxury real estate developer Dar Global and The Trump Organization, with developments in Saudi, Oman and Qatar.

Comprising a hotel and residences on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 350-metre, 80-floor property will offer "lavish rooms and suites, private lounges, personalised service and world-class amenities", according to Dar Global.

With views of the Burj Khalifa, Downtown and the sea, the property will feature the world’s highest outdoor pool, plus a members-only private club, The Trump.

Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, said the project reflects "our unwavering commitment to excellence, luxury and innovation".

Trump has had its sights set on Dubai for two decades, with The Palm Trump International Hotel & Tower announced in 2005 on the trunk of Palm Jumeirah but never materialising.

Slated to open in 2028, the US$500 million Trump International Oman in Aida is located just 10 minutes from Downtown Muscat and will include a 140-key, five-star hillside resort with an 18-hole championship golf course, a members-only club and the Cliff Hanging Night Club.

There is also a expected Trump-branded golf course and villas being launched in Qatar.

Dar Global currently has US$5.9 billion worth of projects under development in six countries, including the UAE, Oman, Qatar, the UK, Spain and Bosnia.
