Palladium Hotel Group chief executive Jesús Sobrino said: “This is a triple milestone for the company, as we announce our arrival in the Middle East and the growth of an emblematic brand for Palladium Hotel Group, as well as the group’s first foray into the branded residences segment.”

The project on Al Marjan Island, scheduled to open in 2026, has attracted more than $100 million in investment and will be carried out in partnership with Al Marjan and Almal Real Estate Development.

It will feature a beach club, restaurant and infinity pool next to the Wynn Al Marjan Island and overlooking the Persian Gulf.

The implementation of the new brand identity will be carried out gradually at the Ibiza property at the end of the 2024 summer season, culminating in the renovation of The Ushuaïa Tower by 2025 and its renaming as The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.
