Open for a limited time, Venus Ristorante & Beach Club is inspired by Italy’s Amalfi coast

Caesars Palace Dubai has announced the launch of new pop-up dining and lifestyle venue, Venus Ristorante & Beach Club.

Nestled on Bluewaters Island, guests lounging by the pool can take in views of Dubai’s iconic cityscape and the Arabian Gulf while indulging in Italian cuisine.

Venus Beach Club & Ristorante

Opens from 10am daily, swaying palms and lush green plumage frame the venue’s premium cabanas that have been named after the Amalfi Coast’s most renowned towns. Scala, Tramonti and Ravello can accommodate six to eight guests, while Positano, Amalfi and Capri accommodate four to six. Guests can also park themselves poolside on deckchairs or individual loungers.

There’s a resident DJ, and on weekends, the entertainment is elevated with surprise performances with an aperitivo promotion from 5pm to 7pm.

Insalata Venus

The menu features Italian cuisine with sharing dishes of piccoli assaggi, meaning small samples or light options, such as insalata Venus, a salad of baby lettuce, radicchio, wild rocket, radish, pecorino cheese, pomelo and an agave dressing.

For something more substantial, guests can head to the venue’s restaurant for lunch or dinner from 12.00pm. Here, they’ll also find the Pizza Room where a wood-fired oven bakes authentic pizzas in minutes.

Also on the menu, there’s burrata with sweet and sour tomatoes, pasta and risotto options, and grilled meats and fish. Highlights include the pan-seared sea bream plated with fennel, orange, pine seeds and fresh herbs.

Diners can conclude their meal with a refreshing gelato or sorbetto or opt for richer options in the form of Amalfi lemon curd, almond panna cotta or tiramisu.

A closing date for the Venus Ristorante & Beach Club pop-up is yet to be announced.
