Platform features real-time booking tools, performance tracking and tiered perks
Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways has launched a new digital corporate travel programme that provides businesses with “efficient and adaptable” solutions, from real-time booking tools to performance tracking.
With this move, Etihad joins other GCC carriers in offering digitally integrated corporate travel services, as airlines compete for growing travel demand.
Business travel is predicted to increase in 2025, with 42% of corporates forecasted to spend more than in 2024, according to Flight Centre Corporate.
The new digital-first platform, named Etihad for Business, provides companies with tools to manage travel bookings, track performance and access reporting and expense management features.

Organisations signed up to the tiered programme can enjoy benefits based on their travel volume, including corporate rates, booking flexibility and access to priority services. So rather than be tied to contractual targets, the programme lets companies maximise savings and benefits based on their travel patterns.
Etihad said the platform also offers a dedicated portal for businesses to manage their travel plans and access customised benefits. Larger organisations are also catered for with access to features such as account management and bespoke travel options.
