Virgin Voyages announces new entertainment programme

The cruise line is introducing new shows and themed parties

Virgin Voyages has announced a new roster of entertainment across its fleet in 2023 ahead of the Resilient Lady’s debut this summer.

The 2023 entertainment lineup will feature a Supper Club Series, conjuring the style and sophistication of the classic supper clubs, and see the reintroducuction of the Festival Stage Acts, presenting performances that will change every two to four weeks.

Virgin Voyages vice president of Entertainment Richard Kilman said: “With the anticipated launch of Resilient Lady, we’re expanding on our entertainment and nightlife. Across the fleet, we are tapping into talent from all around the world, we’re ramping up comedy acts, and we are introducing new immersive performances that give people the opportunity to see something they never have before. It’s going to be epic.”

Virgin Voyages' upcoming productions include:

  • Persephone: An original concept by House of Yes, produced by Kaleidoscope Immersive, which will be available on the Resilient Lady

  • Lola’s Library: A cocktail party and immersive cabaret, Lola’s Library is an after-hours literary affair that takes guests through a book collection of a mysterious author

  • Supper Club Series Featuring Another Rose: Combining cabaret, dining and theatre, this spectacle will be available on the Resilient Lady

  • Mind Mangler: Member of the Tragic Circle: This solo show in which the Mind Mangler attempts to read guests’ minds will be available on the Resilient Lady

  • Miss Behave: This game show with lots of audience participation, currently available on the Valiant Lady, will also be available on the Resilient Lady

In addition, Virgin Voyages will launch two soirées in The Manor nightclub: an Eighties-themed party and a celebration called 'We Fancy'.
