15 new hotel openings in April 2025 you should know about

From a six-brand cluster in Dubai to a reimagined historic hotel in London, here are the latest launches

With Dubai the setting for the recently held Arabian Travel Market, it's fitting that the UAE city also opened a clutch of new properties this month, with the debut of a six-hotel cluster on the newly developed Deira Waterfront.

Beyond the Middle East, wellness is taking centre stage with the debut of SIRO's second fitness-focused hotel (after Dubai) in Montenegro and the opening of an adults-only wellness retreat in Halkidiki in Greece.

Elsewhere, historic properties in London and in Bucharest have been transformed and reopened, and India welcomed its second Fairmont property, in Mumbai.

These are the 15 most exciting hotel openings in the world in April 2025.
