Dubai’s Dinner by Heston Blumenthal introduces dishes from The Fat Duck

New tasting menu pays tribute to 30 years of Heston’s first restaurant

One-Michelin-starred restaurant Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, located at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai. UAE, is marking the 30th anniversary of Heston’s first restaurant, The Fat Duck in Bray, England, with a celebratory menu paying homage to the three-Michelin-star flagship.

For three decades, Heston Blumenthal’s groundbreaking Fat Duck has been serving innovative dishes, with a tasting menu that features creations such as snail porridge, brown bread ice cream and a seafood dish called Sound of the Sea that is served with headphones and an audio track.

Now, diners in Dubai can feast on these creations, with Dinner by Heston Blumenthal introducing a different dish from The Fat Duck each month as part of its regular tasting menu of dishes inspired by cuisine in history dating back as far as the 13th century.

Running from May to August 2025, guests can enjoy a variety of Fat Duck dishes over the coming months, many of which involve complex flavours that fuse science with theatre.

Building on this, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will unveil an exclusive The Fat Duck tasting menu later this year, so guests can feast on The Fat Duck dishes without leaving the city.

The Dinner by Heston Blumenthal x The Fat Duck tasting menu is available for AED980 per person until 31 August 2025. Open 6pm to 11pm Tuesday to Saturday, and 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 11pm on Sunday.
