Dubai's popular Asian restaurant returns to business after a summer hiatus

Eauzone at One&Only Royal Mirage is once again welcoming diners.

Located in the property’s Arabian Court, the restaurant is set among stunning water features and an azure swimming pool creating a relaxing setting where guests can enjoy alfresco lunches, intimate dinners and balmy evenings with friends.

Highlights from the menu include Asian tacos, salmon carpaccio salad, coconut shell ceviche, pad Thai and Japanese-style sando. 

The wide selection of freshly made rolls from the sushi counter are also popular, alongside signature cocktails.

By night, the menu includes elevated dishes such as Angus beef tartare, Chilean sea bass, and sweet and sour lobster, and sophisticated desserts from lemon tart, to sake cappuccino.
