SLS Residences The Palm, Dubai will open in 2026

Ennismore is set to open its first standalone residential property in Dubai with SLS Residences The Palm, Dubai in partnership with Roya Lifestyle Development LLC.

Comprising 113 luxury units, SLS Residences The Palm, Dubai is set to open in 2026 and will be housed in a newly built standalone, low-rise development featuring two-, three, and four-bedroom properties and penthouses.

The ground floor will house 13 flagship residences with two to four bedrooms, and each one will have its own private garden.

Residents will be able to enjoy panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai skyline and facilities will include a beach club, an exclusive clubhouse, an infinity pool and a fitness area.
