Hyatt Centric Edinburgh Haymarket is slated to open in 2025

Hyatt Hotels has announced that an affiliate has entered into a franchise agreement with Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) to launch Hyatt Centric Edinburgh Haymarket.

Scheduled to open in mid-2025, the 349-room hotel will be part of a larger Haymarket Edinburgh development, located less than 300 metres from the EICC.

In collaboration with Edinburgh College, the EICC development will include a hospitality training academy.

The new academy is for students and trainees focused on a career path in Scotland’s leisure, hospitality and tourism industry

The Haymarket Edinburgh development will also encompass offices and retail units.

The lifestyle hotel will feature a gym, four meeting rooms and “creative dining experiences”.

“Visitors will enjoy six different rotating street food brands through its fresh and exciting dining concept, changing regularly to reflect the spirit of Edinburgh’s thriving local culinary scene,” explain the representatives.
