Hyatt Hotels launches experiences for loyalty members

Experiences can be booked both during and beyond hotel stays

Hyatt Hotels has launched a new platform for members of its World of Hyatt loyalty programme.

The Find platform offers more than 200 experiences across three pillars – Feel, Fuel and Function – at more than 85 destinations.

Prices start from US$14 or 972 points for experiences such as a kids' pizza-making session at Park Hyatt Dubai (pictured).

Other highlights include a jungle safari in Ubud; Japanese whisky tasting in San Francisco; cocktail-tasting at Andaz Dubai The Palm, and truffle-hunting in Budapest.

Members can redeem World of Hyatt points once they accumulate 1,000, or they can opt to pay for World of Hyatt experiences. 

The chance to bid on limited-time auctions will be added to the platform in the near future. 


Speaking about the initiative, Hyatt senior vice president of loyalty, brand marketing and consumer insights, Amy Weinberg said: “We know travellers are eager to explore new destinations and are prioritising their wellbeing now more than ever. The Find platform allows for more opportunities to enhance World of Hyatt members’ wellbeing through a lens of self-discovery. With experiences available to all members, it’s incredibly easy for them to find something that moves them or keeps them moving.”
