The hotel will be part of IHG's Vignette Collection
IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement for its second Vignette Collection hotel in Dubai in partnership with The Heart of Europe, an offshore hospitality development featuring manmade island shaped like different countries across the world.
With the verbose title Marbella Resort Hotel, Vignette Collection The World Islands Dubai, the property is scheduled to open in January 2026.
The hotel will have Andalusian-inspired design with contemporary architecture and 150 rooms overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
