The 63 all-villa resort is accessible by speedboat from Athens

One&Only Kea Island opens on 1 June 2024, welcoming guests to its 63 all-villa resort on the undeveloped Greek Cyclades island of Kea.

Largely untapped by mainstream tourism, the island is accessible via a 30-minute speedboat from Athens, or 15-minute helicopter ride.

Promising “unparalleled luxury”, the hotel comprises 63 standalone, one- and two-bedrooms villas, all with private 8-metre infinity pools and sun decks.

Alongside its three-storey spa, facilities include a 35-metre swimming pool and six restaurants and bars, including its main Atria restaurant serving a Greek and Mediterranean menu.

Other venues within the resort include Kaiki Beach Bar, Kosmos Lobby Bar, Incognito Speakeasy Bar, Epicora Wine Bar and Bond Beach Bar, intended to be an attraction for the yachting fraternity and open to day trippers as well as hotel guests.

After five years in the making, the property is the second One&Only in Europe, after One&Only Portonovi in Montenegro.
