Roberto’s Doha will recreate most of the menu from the Dubai flagship
Roberto’s restaurant has continued its global expansion by opening its doors in St Regis Marsa Arabia Island on The Pearl development in Qatar.
Operated by Skelmore Group, the homegrown Dubai brand has accumulated a large following across the Middle East as the authority in Italian cuisine.
Guests of the brand’s newest outlet, Roberto's Doha, in the Qatari capital can expect the same modern retelling of classical Italian elements.
The sprawling restaurant features the Salotto Lounge and Terrace for casual dining, mixology and live entertainment. The grand Piemonte area expands towards the indoor and outdoor dining areas. For a more intimate setting, the outdoor Cortina offers a terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding marina.
Roberto's signature Crudi Seafood Bar and Italian Butcher experiences are also present but with modernised designs that will continue to evolve as the brand expands.

Around 80% of the original Dubai menu will be served in Qatar, with the remainder being developed specifically for new location. The creator behind the new menu is chief culinary advisor Francesco Guarracino who is at the helm of the Doha site’s culinary team.
