Since Friday and Saturday are the official weekend days in the kingdom, Saudi residents and workers will enjoy six consecutive days off from 8 to 13 April 2024, creating an opportunity for travel advisors to book last-minute holidays for their Saudi-based clients.

Eid Al Fitr marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan, which began on 11 March. The start of holy month is dictated by a moon sighting.
