The tasting menu will run from 28 February to 31 March as part of the hotel's 'Epicure Culinary Month'

Sofitel Dubai The Palm has announced the launch of its inaugural culinary festival, Epicure Culinary Month, inviting the region's foodies to embark on a series of gastronomic adventures.

Launching later this month, Epicure Culinary Month will highlight the skills of the hotel’s chefs as well as showcasing visiting culinary talents in a series of dining experiences.

The highlight of the line-up is a four-hands dinner by Sofitel’s Jacob Nava Villarreal, chef de cuisine at Moana Seafood Restaurant, and Brazilian chef Manoella Buffara, named Latin America’s Best Female Chef in 2022.

For five nights from 28 February to 1 March 2023, diners will have the opportunity to feast on a six- or nine-course menu of Latin American delicacies crafted by Manoella and Jacob. The menu is priced at AED399 (US$110) per person for a six-course and AED599 (US$165) for a nine-course tasting menu.
