Steigenberger Hotel Doha welcomes first guests

The opening of the five-star hotel marks the German hospitality company’s debut in Qatar

The Steigenberger Hotel Doha has welcomed its first guests, cementing the group’s commitment to the region’s hospitality sector.

 The nine-storey, 206-room property offers 28 suites, deluxe and premium king size rooms and a Royal Suite.

The hotel is home to five dining concepts. The all-day dining experience, Crust, offers international cuisine buffets, set menus and à La Carte options while bistro Genus is inspired by modern European cuisine with a German focus in a relaxed atmosphere. 

In addition, there is the lobby lounge,  Avenue Café; Olea Terrace, featuring flavours from Levantine and Mediterranean cuisines, and the Sun Deck pool bar.

Onsite facilities include conference and event spaces, meeting rooms, the GOCO spa and a state-of-the-art gym located on the top floor of the hotel with panoramic views of the city.
