The chef will be in town to host a series of exclusive culinary experiences

Renowned chef Mauro Colagrecos is to return to Dubai’s One&Only Royal Mirage for three events between 3 and 5 December.

The events will take place at two of the hotel’s venues, Celebrities and Beach Bar & Grill.

Colagreco is chef at the three Michelin-starred Mirazur in Menton, France.

Two dinners will be held at Celebrities, on 3 and 5 December, with an experience beginning with an aperitif featuring a variety of cocktails curated by the resort’s mixologists and inspiried by Parisian landmarks.

For dinner, guests will be served a menu exclusively available during Colagrecos’s visit to the resort. Dishes include lobster with persimmon, hazelnut and trout eggs, seabass with parsnip espuma, lime and walnuts & aquatic mint emulsion and veal fillet and sweetbreads with Kuri squash and yuzu, which will be paired with wine.

Beach Bar & Grill

In addition to the dinners, Colagreco will also host Weekend Vibes at Beach Bar & Grill on 4 December, featuring a Sunday lunch inspired by South American flavours.
