Trèsind Studio to welcome Masque’s Prateek Sadhu for limited dining series

The Dubai-based restaurant, helmed by Himanshu Saini, will host two collaborative dinners

Dubai-based Trèsind Studio has announced its latest chef collaboration set to take place on 27 and 28 November 2021. The collaboration brings together two young culinary talents at the cutting-edge of Indian cuisine.

Chef Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio and Chef Prateek Sadhu of Mumbai’s Masque will join forces for a series of intimate collaborative dinners. Diners will be treated to a selection of new and signature dishes from the innovative chefs.

After stints at several of the world’s finest kitchens – including Alinea, The French Laundry, Le Bernadin and Noma – Prateek Sadhu developed a food philosophy that places local ingredients at the forefront, sourcing within the region, and foraging for ‘lost’ ingredients. Along with his partner Aditi Dugar, he opened Masque in the heart of Mumbai in September 2016. Known for its continuous innovation and numerous accolades, Masque was ranked number 32 on the 2021 list of Asia’s Best Restaurants.

Having honed his skills under the culinary mentorship of chef Manish Mehrotra of the award-winning Indian Accent in Delhi, Saini went on to launch concepts in India before arriving in Dubai. At the helm of concepts including  Trésind, Carnival by Trésind and A Cappella, Saini’s mission has been to change the perception of Indian cuisine and elevate the experience – the culmination of which is Trèsind Studio.

Saini was recently voted number 75 in The Best Chef Awards in 2021, making him the highest-ranking chef in the Middle East.

Diners can book their seats for AED695 per person (food only) with 6:30pm and 9:30pm seatings available. For reservations, call +971 56420 9754. For more information, visit  www.tresindstudio.com and www.masquerestaurant.com
