The visa will be valid for 90 days with the option to renew
The UAE will offer multiple-entry visas for Hayya card holders issued by Qatar for this year’s FIFA World Cup.
The UAE’s Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, has confirmed that it would grant a multiple-entry visa to the UAE for a total of up to 90 days.
The visa fees have been reduced to AED100, payable once for the whole period.
Hayya card holders can enter the UAE using this visa from 1 November 2022 and it will allow them to re-enter the country multiple times during the visa’s validity.
Hayya card holders can apply for the Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa through www.icp.gov.ae by choosing Smart Channels, selecting Public Services, and then choosing the Hayya Card Holders Visa option.

In a related development, earlier this month, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs also introduced a new multi-entry visit visa to the kingdom for all those who possess a Hayya card. The Saudi visa will allow for a 60-day stay in the kingdom beginning 10 days before the tournament kicks off.
The Hayya card is considered an entry visa to Qatar from 1 November to 23 December 2022 and must be presented by visitors, citizens and residents of Qatar in order to gain entry into stadiums during the World Cup.
