The brand will make its Dubai debut in Business Bay

Accor has announced that its first Mama Residence, a new offering under the Mama Shelter hospitality brand, will launch in Dubai’s Business Bay district.

Comprising luxury fully-furnished and serviced apartments, the residences are a partnership with The Devmmark group, which will act as the master agent for the sales and marketing of the property.

Mama Shelter's residences will offer a range of amenities, including multiple F&B outlets, a DJ tower, four outdoor swimming pools, a multi-purpose gym and an outdoor amphitheatre with a lounge area and an entertainment zone. Dedicated play areas and a kids' pool are also on-site for children.

The apartment sizes start at 42 square metres. Residents will also enjoy benefits from discounts at hotel outlets to access to the Accor Ownership Benefits Program. Additional advantages include in-residence catering, personal trainers, shopping services, private transportation and childcare assistance.

The Mama Shelter Residences in Dubai were designed by Marco Mangili, with El Doghaili Benjamin crafting the interiors. The building’s exterior is designed like a kaleidoscope with laminated crystal and textured glass and gradient tempered sandblasted glass combining to create an optical illusion.

The property is set to launch in 2024.
