The hotel occupies two early 20th century residential buildings
Nobu Hospitality has announced the launch of Nobu Hotel and Restaurant Sevilla.
Set in the heart of the Andalusian capital at Plaza de San Francisco, Nobu Hotel Sevilla features 25 stylish guest rooms and suites and an expansive rooftop terrace with a swimming pool.
The hotel’s design pays homage to Nobu’s Japanese roots, while honouring Sevillian style. Elements of the original buildings have been preserved with the hotel designed around them, from the central glass courtyard to the staircase adorned with authentic tiles from the early 20th century.
With five room types, ranging from Deluxe to the Nobu Suite, each is luxurious yet homely and features materials inspired by the Far East and handcrafted wooden furniture to evoke a sense of warmth. All rooms are have rain showers, Eight & Bob amenities and Smart TVs.
The heart of the project, Nobu restaurant, offers views of a Roman wall built by Julius Caesar, rediscovered during the renovation. The restaurant serves iconic favourites, including black cod miso and yellowtail sashimi. Guests can also dine at the Nobu Bar, which offers light bites and creative cocktails.
Other facilities include a solarium and pool on the terrace, a 24-hour gym featuring the latest Technogym equipment and events spaces.
Marking the brand’s sixth Spanish hotel, Nobu Hotel Sevilla is one of three confirmed projects being led by Nobu Hotels and MHRE, with openings in San Sebastian (2023) and Madrid (2024) in the pipeline.
