Six Senses announces Tel Aviv property

Opening in 2025, Six Senses Tel Aviv is the brand’s second property in Israel

IHG has announced the signing of Six Senses Tel Aviv, marking the second property in the brand's Israel portfolio following the 2021 opening of Six Senses Shaharut, a sustainable escape set in the Negev Desert.

Considered the largest and most important preservation project in Tel Aviv, the original five buildings date back to 1909 and will be connected at the edge of Rothschild Boulevard to stretch across an entire city block.

Once complete, the complex will house the 10-floor, 140-key Six Senses hotel, and 55 residences serviced by Six Senses.

Interiors by Orly Shrem will take a contemporary, layered approach as part of a look designed to capture the city's unique character and coast. Spaces will feature natural materials and soft, warm colours that integrate with the environment and create a homelike, yet elegant atmosphere.

Onsite amenities include a restaurant, spa and wellness facilities over two floors, Six Senses Place, a new kind of social and wellness community with dedicated space for reflection, and a sky pool on the 17th floor alongside a cocktail lounge.
