Located on NEOM's Red Sea coast, Oxagon is reimagining the traditional industrial city by developing multiple thriving residential and business communities. It will be one of several destinations within the NEOM development to be powered by renewable energy sources, in line with Saudi Arabia's plan to diversify its economy as part of its Vision 2030 strategy.

Yotel's expansion is in line with its ambition to grow both management and franchised projects in the Middle East region, as part of its larger strategy to reach 50 hotels by 2025.
