Amber Lounge to host pop-up in Qatar during FIFA World Cup

The luxury afterparty organiser is venturing beyond the Grand Prix circuit for the first time

Hospitality operator Amber Lounge will host its inaugural pop-up party in Doha, Qatar, during the FIFA World Cup 2022 next month.

Amber Lounge is set to make its month-long debut appearance from 27 November to 18 December, taking over the Le Royal Meridien hotel. Parties will feature international artists and entertainment, including theatrical cabaret and cirque-themed performances.

The line-up includes Basement Jaxx, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Lil Jon, The Stickmen Project, Fatman Scoop, Le Twins and football player turned DJ Djibril Cissé. Other acts include DJ ONO, DJAY Buddah and MC Calo from the Bangkok Invaders, and more artists are expected to be announced soon.
