UAE carrier Flydubai to resume flights to Kabul, Afghanistan

From 15 November the airline will operate twice-daily flights from DXB to KBL

Dubai-based carrier Flydubai will resume flights to Kabul International Airport (KBL) in Afghanistan from November 2023.

The twice-daily service will fly from Terminal 2 at Dubai International (DXB).

Flight FZ301 will depart DXB at 04:25 and arrive at KBL at 08:15. The return leg on flight FZ302 will leave KBL at 09:30 and arrive back in Dubai at 12:50.

The second daily departure on the route, flight FZ305 will leave DXB at 09:50 and arrive at KBL at 13:40. The return leg on flight FZ306 will depart KBL at 14:55 and arrive back in Dubai at 18:15.

The low-cost carrier also recently announced the launch of operations to three other new destinations. Its daily service to Cairo will begin on 28 October 2023, flights to Poznan in Poland will launch on 29 October 2023 and Mombasa flights are scheduled to begin on 17 January 2024.

Flydubai will also commence services from Dubai’s Terminal 3 to Penang International airport (PEN) and Langkawi International airport (LGK) from 10 February  2024 on the carrier’s Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, which will include lie-flat seats in business class in addition to economy class seats.

Flydubai’s network currently includes more than 115 destinations in 54 countries served by a fleet of 78 Boeing 737 aircraft.
